Hello LBI Executives & Consultants:
Thank you for all of your work, energy and commitment to getting LBI and your departments off the ground, running and generating money. The work we do this week will result in the payments we receive by or before Christmas. It’s a very challenging and frustrating time for many families. I know the mortgage industry, the banks and the automotive industry are all looking to be bailed out. What about us? We need a bail out. Do you think we are going to get one?

Yes, I believe that we are all going to get a massive bail out, we just need to generate it for ourselves. Help often comes to those that help themselves. That is exactly what we are all doing with LBI. We are helping ourselves by helping one another. Our success is not in the government’s hands or any employer’s hands. Success is in our hands.

In order to succeed we must build a Dream Team of talented, focused and qualified movers and shakers all united with the same Success-Mind Set toward achieving a common goal. And Success truly does begin in the Mind.
You hear quotes all of the time such as, “Success is just a mindset.” Or you may hear even catchier quotes like, “If you think you can, you are right. If think you can’t, you are right.” If I had a nickel for every anecdotal quote or story about success and failure I would be a billionaire right now. What I find interesting is that there are fewer anecdotes about success once it has already been achieved.

Someone once said that half the fun of obtaining anything worthwhile is the struggle. Are you ready to have some fun? Let’s do a little dream-building here. Imagine a time in the future when you have the money you have always dreamed of earning. Let’s say that figure is over 100 thousand dollars a year or over 100 thousand dollars a month for the really ambitious folks among us. Imagine it. Do you see it? Okay.
So all of the money that you ever dreamed of is flowing to you. It’s coming month after month. You have found the secret that the poor and middle class have been searching for but can never find. In this dream you have mastered the “secret” revealed in the popular film called, The Secret, which was just an adaptation of the book called, The Science of Getting Rich. Your dream board has been fulfilled.
What distinguishes the “rich” and the “wealthy is that the wealthy have great systems in place to generate wealth and to manage their success once they have attained it. You may not have made your first million yet, but it is on its way. Do you have a system and a plan in place? Are you ready for your success? Have you assembled your own personal Dream Team to help you build and prepare to maintain success once achieved?
Some things for all of us to think about as we assemble our Dream Teams are what kind of people and support we need to surround ourselves with if we are to achieve sustainable success. Here are just a few suggestions of resource people that can help you to achieve and retain your ultimate success:
· Trusted advisors who have helped individuals to achieve success;
· Financial advisors to help us to be good stewards of our new-found financial success;
· Mentors or success-coaches to motivate us, help us set expanding goals and remind us to stop and celebrate each small or large success we achieve;
· Counselors or personal coaches to help you to process the stress of new success (yes success can cause stress);
· Professional tax accountants and/or CPA's to help you protect your assets and stay straight with ol Uncle Sam
True success is lasting and it starts with developing a successful state of mind. If you do not yet possess the success you want in your life, you must change your mindset. As you think, you will be.
Before you can attain success and keep it you must get everything in your mind, your life, your surroundings and associates ready to sustain success. You must surround yourself with positive, powerful, considerate, successful human beings. Association breeds assimilation.
When you find yourself interacting with a negative person--RUN! You can't afford such people. Negative people will cost you a fortune if you allow them in your space and in your face. Walk with winners. Talk with winners. That is what we do. That is why we have chosen to walk, talk and build LBI with YOU. You are a winner!
